I’m a communication strategist and creative producer building story-driven campaigns, spaces, and films rooted in the South.
I've spent my career helping institutions earn trust by putting human stories at the center. As founder and CEO of RED SQUARED, I've served as communications director for the nation's largest cardiovascular study of Black Americans, led narrative strategy for a multi-state federal food systems initiative, and directed documentary films that have screened at the March on Washington Film Festivaland won Best Short Documentary at the Morehouse College Human Rights Film Festival.
My work primarily involves strategy and story. I'm as comfortable in a stakeholder communications brief as I am behind a camera. What ties it together is a belief that the right story, told the right way, can shift how institutions see the people they're supposed to serve.
I'm a Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses alumnus, a Mississippi Business Journal Top 40 Under 40 honoree, and a 2025 Southern Foodways Alliance Film Residency fellow. I serve on the boards of Midtown Partners and New Stage Theatre, and as President of the Business Association of Midtown Jackson.
